Loving Yourself (Pt. 5)

Learning to love yourself is a long and painful process, but so long as it’s done slowly and with thought, it can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life. 

– don’t forget to read a book everyday or a passage or a poem

– take a new course

– overcome your fears

– wake up early and enjoy the morning

– write a letter for your future self

– step out of your comfort zone

– stay focused with to do lists

– learn from people who inspire you

– quit a bad habit

– avoid negative, toxic people

– learn from your friends

– start a journal

– meditate

– let go of the past

– take a break sometimes

Love yourself a little bit every day, and then one day you’ll look back and be shocked by how far you’ve come.
